Tracy
began trapping as a boy focusing on coyotes, fox,
and bobcats. He later paid for most of his college
education by trapping fur in the winters and doing
ADC work for cattlemen in the summers. After
graduating from Law School, he moved to Las Vegas,
NV where he began trapping again and later
introduced his sons to the sport.
He and his 14 year-old son Brennan consistently make triple digit fox catches each year along with a respectable number of highly-prized Nevada bobcats.
Tracy has given trapping demonstrations for the Nevada Trapper’s Association as well as the Utah Trapper’s Association. He also sits on the Predator Management Committee for the Nevada Department of Wildlife.
